If a job, an order or an error report requires action from several different resources, you can easily divide the case on the different resources at different times with maintained overview of the case and work orders included. A case may consist of one or more work orders. If a case requires action from multiple field workers at different times, you can easily allocate sub-tasks in individual work orders.
